Hello. Im Jay. Spoke to Acer tec earlier. My probles has to do with my "Magnifier" showing a black background. Also all photoes on the Magnifier are all black and white seethrew. The tec said that there were errors on my computer. They said they could fix and remove errors for $39. I recently paid a tec support $89 to install spy ware thing (1 month ago

Try running the System File Checker:

Start > Run
Type SFC /scannow
Click 'OK'

If that doesn't fix it, back up all your data and do a factory recovery.
