some advice please :)

Alright, time to upgrade my computer a little and i've been thinking of buying some new memory or a new graphics card and i wonder whats best to spend my money on at the moment!
I have a AMD Barton 3000+(200 fsb), 512mb 400mhz ddr(2*256/dual ddr) and a Ati radeon MAYA 2 9700 PRO.
I need to choose between 2*512 = 1024 ddr or a geforce 6800LE which i will overclock and unlock the pipes.
I like to play games at high settings of course!

Well if its definitely an, either - or situation go with the video card!

That's a tough decision. The biggest impact on your gaming performance will come from the better graphics, card, but a lot of games like/need the overhead from 1GB of memory - especially newer games. I'd go with the card first and then hit the RAM ASAP.

What games? Some are bigger memory hogs than others...
