Hello,
I see some in here must be employed by HP.This piece of crap I have has given me problems from the start.I've even had techs hang up after dealing with their solutions for literally hours.It's 2 months old & has more problems than my 12 yr. old one with only 256 ram.Because it's under warranty I can't even let a friend fix it w/o voiding my warranty & besides I shouldn't have to pay for someone to fix a supposedly brand new computer. I'll never buy HP again.Evidently
cs left along with their tech support. Neither are versed in being considerate or helpful.
