I'm having trouble connecting front panel's audio out onto my SB Live! so please help me

Here's the sheme from both hardware:
Icy Box IB-605 front panel, audio part of cables:

Creative SB Live!'s audio extension connector:

I would like to know which pin from front panel should be connected where on SB Live! ?
Please, describe it like this (example):
SB<->IB-605;
1 - GND;
7 - MIC-IN;
12 - LINE R;
and so on...

I don't think it's possible, but there's a post in this forum with the pin assignments if you dig deeply enough.
