What is wrong if I cant access the log-in page for the router on the computer

Hello,
What has gone wrong if first, you have 2 different IP addresses, one on desk top end in 2, one on laptop ends in3?I cannot access the log-in page using any of these addresses.

If one PC IP address ends in 2 and the other, in 3, then the router IP address should most probably end in 1, assuming that DHCP is enabled and that IPs weren't set manually. Try that. You cannot have IP address of one of the computers assigned to the router.
