BSOD minidump help needed

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help I am having problems with graphics card sparkles GTX550 TI 3gb every time I turn my pc of and try and restart it BSOD's with this card installed even after fresh installs using W7,W8 and xp all do the same thing and also with differant memory motherboard psu and hard drive same thing. I have tried plugging in 2 GTX 260's and a GT 430 and they start no problem it is just this card that has the issue can anyone help here are the minidumps.

Either you have a defective GTX 550 or some obscure compatibility issue. Either way the only sure method of diagnosis is to RMA your card, and if the replacement behaves the same way you will have your answer...

yeah trying to get RMA out of sparkles is like trying to get blood from a stone all there emails come back mailer errors lol

Not good, and you can't just nip round to Taiwan to see them... or even phone. Could you try it in a pal's rig to see if it's a complete washout, and if not re-sell on Ebay?
