"Wireless networks found" nag bubble

Does anybody know of a way of disabling the "Wireless networks found" nag
bubble from poping up every five minutes other than disabling the wireless
NIC?

Install TweakUI:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

TweakUI > Taskbar and Start menu > Enable balloon tips (untick) > Apply.
