Best gaming computer under 400$

im looking at an dell 570 to run civilization 5. will it run ok?

I just checked Dell's website, the stock one they have will be able to play it on one condition, that you upgrade the video card. I recommend the Nvidia gtx 8800 or 9800 (or the ATI equivalent), they'll both be able to do it and are both pretty cheap cards.
