i have an a7v8x board
the temperature of the cpu socket is higher than the temp. of the cpu core . usually 42c core / 46c socket / 29c board
according to MBM.
Is this Normal for it to be warmer ?? Why So ??
are u sure u have mbm setup correctly. u might have the sensor switched. the 42c sounds like it is the motherboard temp and the 46c the cpu temp. mine runs about 114 F cpu and 104-107 F motherboard.
