I have bought a sony MP3 player with is heart shaped, I was thinking about the amount of write cycles it can handle which is not mentioned in the Speck sheet..

How good are they?

With a portable device, chances are it'll be broken mechanically by dropping it or simple physical wear and tear long before the memory module fails.

I believe typical write endurance cycles for internal Flash Memory is around 100,000 times.

SSD write cycles ranges between 800k to 2m depending on the type of memory.
