Help,can't install windows 7

I'm using a burnt 7 disc on an asrock extreme 4 gen3 z68. When I load the files and get to the loading windows flag screen the system restarts. Anyone please help. Ill give more info as you ask for it.

A burnt Windows 7 disc? This isn't a pirated copy is it? If so we can't help you.

Sounds like a bad burn or faulty drive. Try an original.

The disc is burnt, but I use legit product keys. I do not have an original disc to try. I know the current disc works.

heres what I have tried so far:

New DVD drive

New DVD

New SATA cables

No Gfx installed

IDE/ACHI switch

RAM switch

1 Dimm filled

New HDD

My computer tech class says faulty motherboard, but I'm willing to bet its not!

It's either something isnt correctly set, the CPU, or Mobo at this point.
