How to convert HDMI input to HDMI output

I have an HDMI input on my HP touch smart 600-1050UK desktop and I am wondering if I can convert this into an HDMI output so that I can connect it to my home Cinema.

If you scroll half way down it mentions the HDMI port cannot be used for output.
You might be able to get a USB powered adapter to output to another screen - but there are limitations of resolution - and apparently they don't work so well.
