I always ask if the touch screens are very easy to damage, are they stronger than the tipical button interface? or a device with button interface is stronger and more difficult to damage than a device with touch interface?

About the same, but buttons are much easier to repair. Whatever you do to damage a touch screen would also hurt a button and vice versa. But a button has a higher chance of working after it's damaged.
