hi there people,i'm looking for a good program that i can use for my security camera video,i need a program that i can use to enhance the video so i can see a license plate,the video that i have it's blurry and it's hard for me to see,i know there's a company out west that has a program called amped5 but it's only for business use not private...
if anyone has an idea about this let me know,thanks...

Try using a regular photo enchancement program, Google Picasa, Photoshop Elements, etc...

If you're trying to enchance the whole video, you'd have to try to convert it to a PC based file and play around with the settings in the movie creator program.

Or get a pro shop to do it.
