buying a new computer

Alot of my friends has asked me to help them to buy/construct a new computer....... i need a good website which is safe and relible so i can get the parts the problem is i live in Vancouver Canada and does anyone any good, relible suppliers that i can order most of the computer parts from......or can anyone tell me a website that is relible and can send the parts to BC Canada????
