There is no other difference. It was done because a LOT of people who had P4 systems only had support for a 100MHz FSB. (Since that was what the P4 was initially offered at.) However, that not being enough, Intel upped the ante to a 133MHz for 'newer' systems. (Even though this was done a while ago.) Since both older customers and newer customers deserve support, the P4s come in both 100MHz and 133MHz FSB flavours.
This is actually not a new concept at all and has been done for years with both the Pentium 3 and the Athlon.
