Reading old session 8 files

Hello,
I used to use Digidesign Session 8 to record professionally in the 90's. I upgraded to Sonar many years ago. I no longer have the Session 8 hardware. I wonder if there is any way of reading my old Session 8 files in Sonar, or even converting them in Audacity.
They are mixed MIDI/Audio (.cwp) files.

CORRECTION: The original files are not .cwp, which are, of course, Cakewalk files. I have saved the Session 8 files as .cwp, but can only read the MIDI, not the audio!
