Memory ID

Does anyone know of a site that I can ID memory. It has a sticker with numbers and also the chips have numbers on them. It is ether PC100 or PC133

If it ends in 10 it's PC66, PC100 capable. If it ends in 8 it's true PC100. If it ends in 7 or 7.5 it's PC133.

It ends in 7...it is PC133 as I had hoped.
