Im having a little trouble finding an appropriate monitor/lcd for both my 360 (HDMI cable) and p.c (VGA).
Im currently using a 32' HDMI vistron from ebuyer, then switching the inputs for either system with the remote. Im not massively technically minded so this was an 'educated guess' as to a decent setup. It does work, but the cpu display is squashed as I cannot match it to any native resolutions on the tv (every few lines of horizontal pixals are duplicated, leading to some strange looking text!) and it simply says unsupport when I launch certain games (brothers in arms) which I know isnt a cpu related issue, I think it may be lack of support for widescreen, as it is the same when i change it to 640 mode.
Does anyone know what sort of setup could be useful to me if I were to sell the current tv to a friend of mine? I apologise for the less than technical description, Ill do my best to specify if anyone asks.
My price range is fairly limited sadly to under £400, but I would be more than happy to drop size for an increase in quality to run both.
