I am looking at the ASUS VH236Hp for a new monitor, But there are a couple things I would like to know about it that nobody is listing. For one, when it is running at 1920x1080 what are the available refresh rates? 60Hz? 72Hz? 75Hz? Because currently I am using a SAMSUNG SyncMaster 220wm which has a 'recommended resolution' of 1680x1050 at 60Hz, I ended up having to downsize it to 1280x1024 at 75Hz because I wanted the faster refresh rate, Thank you for the info!

I have the the one above this one, but it has a slower response time of 5ms, and when it is in 1920x1080 it has a 60 Hz refresh rate, you can have it on 75Hz but you lose resolution. I rather have resolution over refresh rate, but overall it's a solid monitor and I recommend purchasing it. Also if you happen to purchase it and use the HDMI setting, like I am, there may be a half inch black margin going around the edge of the screen. To fix that issue just increase the scaling values of your graphics card and problem solved, hope I was of some help.

Thank you very much, I will probably be going for this monitor anyways. Just was curious.
