Does the television have a VGA port on the back (which is becoming common on televisions)?
Does the television have a HDMI port?
Does the television have only plain analog (1 video and 2 audio cables) andor HD video (3 video cables and 2 audio)?

If the TV has HDMI, then a DVI to HDMI adaptor can be used.
If the TV has a VGA port, then a DVI to VGA adaptor can be used.

Give us the exact model of the GTS 250 1GB you have.
For example, does it have a backend like this FXF 250?

That two DVI and 1 S-video seems to be the most common GTS 250 1GB.
The 3rd port on the card (if like the one in the picture above) supports HD video (the 3 analog reg/green/blue cables) by an adaptor.

If all else fails, just buy yourself a nice shiny new 40" Samsung 1920x1080 LCD with HDMI. That JVC is too ugly for me to consider permament use. =D
