Windows 7 good for gaming?

In my opinion, for the most part, Windows 7 is Vista without the bugs.
However, there is an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Unless you're looking at a game that requires Win7 there is nothing wrong with staying with what your have. If your having problems with Vista and can afford Win7, then yes. Go for it.

I wouldn't recommend it because many games are not for Windows 7, but if your only playing and getting the latest games I would say go for it. I personally would keep Vista for about another 5-7 months because by then many games will be for Windows 7
