Limit audio volume on LCD TV

Hi there,

Is there any way to limit the audio volume on LCD TV, so for example: It can go up to 62max, so it is loud. I'd like to limit the volume to lets say up to 35.

Any way to do it?

I would put a resister on the speakers. But I think that only works for the big old CRT TV that I used to fix, not the new slim LCD that has every tiny components sits on the PCB.

Do u thing there would be a firmware patch?

They have that in the hotel rooms, so it must be possible, but I hope its not available in the factory only : )

Or through the remote control.
