my pc does not reckize my mic when pluged in on mic port

You can do one of two things:
1. If your microphone came with an installation CD, then get that and install the software
otherwise
2. search the serial number or product name of your microphone and see if there are any drivers on the manufacturer's website.

also check your sound panel to make sure the audio settings are correct
