I have an lcd tv and the screen is blank.

Hello, i have an LCD it is Bush LCD30TV005, it has power to it, when i turn it on the screen comes on for 1 second then goes blank, i have tried everything, i was wondering is there a way to fix it or do i need new parts for it?

It could be the capacitors, is it in the waranty?
