My Canon Pixma 2000 was working fine until a few days ago when I got a message that the waste ink reservoir was full and that the printer would soon stop working.
The hand book just says I need to refer it to a Canon dealer.

Does anyone know how to fix this easily and cheaply? It's not worth sending it to a Canon dealer, given the low price of a new printer.
