My laptop screen always show setup repair screen

From last two days my laptop is not working whenever I turn on my laptop it show me the messege of setup repair automatecally then it start processing and after few min it show me finish option and when I click on finish it shutdown automatecally this happens again and again. If I try to start on safe mode I can't it againg start that process again . What I will do plz help me.

Could be your HDD breaking down. Can you get to Command Prompt by choosing 'Safe Mode with Command Prompt'? Also post your laptop Make/model.
