How can i determine what problem i am have with my computer not starting up

Hello,
computer does not turn on at all. ive checked all connections inside. all that is on is a small led light next to the cpu. the system froze and my mother unplugged it since then it has never turnd back on. i have even put a new power supply in

How far does the PC turn on? Fans go on at all? Any beeping?

If you are sure that the power supply is getting power and it's connected to the computer properly, try to reset the BIOS. If that does not work, need to replace the motherboard.
