The volume control panel pops up and resets itself to 0. Sometimes when we reset the volume using the controls on the front of the monitor, the pop-up goes away, sometimes it sticks around until we restart the computer.

This is not the control panel speaker control, but the built-in control on the monitor.

It has worked fine for several years and we have not changed any drivers, etc.
