Halo Multi Chat

When I play Halo Multiplayer and press the chat key the
chat box opens up. But when i type, no text shows up. when
i press enter the box goes away, but i'm not sure whether
it sent anything or not as i never saw any text. The in
game notifications in the corner don't work either (ie who
killed who and the chat from other players). this is a
critical part of the game, so please offer help. Thank you.

Hi Danniel,

For Missing Text/Chat: Reinstall XML from the HALO CD directly
by running msxmlenu.msi which is located in the Redist directory.
