I changed my cartridge, got 2 clean pages then it goes through the motions but prints nothing. What's wrong?

Try printing a test page to make sure the cartridges are printing.

If the rollers are spinning, make sure the paper is level and pushed in all the way.

If it is OEM cartridges, contact directly customer care, some re-manufacturer also provide service like original manufacturer. you may call their customer support in office time.

i think it might be a remanufactured or compatible cartridge,that's why this problem is occur.Just see whether ink is dry or head is clogged.

Did you try to check the manual setting of your printer?Try to set your printer as default setting,then it will work again.
