Help with PC

I have 2 set of components in mind for my new pc but i'd like to have your opinions on them first.
Tell me which one is the best between theses 2 set's of components and also is there any of theses peripherals that i should replace with something else.

The second system would perform much better as long as the RAM is not defective.

second system is a real bomb, just the heat is very important with the RDRAM but it can be handled i'll soon gonna make a little web page about that one: heat and noise and how to prevent noise without havig heat troubles. It was a nice experiment that ended in a real success.
