I need to attach an ADM1021 Evaluation Board for temperature monitoring of the micro-processor (intel Pentium 4 on a ASUS P4533 motherboard) during start-up and shutdown. This is not possible by the ASUS PROBE software. The ADM1021EB needs to be attached to pins B3 And C4 (anode and cathode of on-chip thermal diode of processor) of the mPGA478 socket and traces leading from these pins in the motherboard, need to cut for accurate measurement. Please give me sugestions on how to acheive this.

Could solder the leads to the points on the back of the board.
