Is there any way to adjust the print size (the time) in the taskbar

I don’t think you can, you can change the menu bar font size by
going to Desktop Properties > Apperance > Advanced and selecting
Active Title bar. Interestingly inof when you change this the
taskbar’s icon size increses but the font size stays unchanged...
