Hi just recently I started receiving this error message when trying to use
accessibility wizard:
Windows cannot find C:/WINDOWS/system32/'accwiz.exe

I've had to reinstall windows xp (sp2) and have tried using the Recovery
Console, to no avail. I tried booting from cd but my system won't let me. I
tried control F11, which on the dell dimension 3000 system is supposed to
restore factory settings...I get a blank black screen. I am disabled so I
need the accessibility wizard. Please help. Thanks
