More about brand
  1. Check here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/55395-6-sandra

Some no-brand stuff is very hard to find drivers for if you don't have the CD it came with.

It didn't come with a cd. The strange thing is it was working and then it wouldn't

Ah, that's different. Maybe it went bad. Try a different USB cable, or try it with another PC. What happens when you plug it in?

I did try another usb cable with no luck and tried it on another pc. When I plug it in is says it can't find the drivers for the device. before when it did work it would show up in explorer but now it won't.
  5. If it worked with no drivers before (and you did not run any installation CDs that you maybe forgot about) it looks like an issue with the device. If you do a web search based on that model number, nothing useful comes up. You may wan to get an mp3 player from a major vendor with drivers.
