Example:
1200mhz rambus memory, 400mhz frontside buss speed, 2.4ghz processor. these numbers all divide nice and even into each other. is there a performance advantage to nice-even ratios like this? i would imagine there may be, since the likelihood of wait-states occurring due to different speeds in the data path is negated. but what do i know!
