I am interested in joining a Class Action Law Suit against Hewlett Packerd's Touchsmart TX2Z-1300 CTO. We bought this computer for our son and it has NEVER operated correctly. HP has done little to nothing to resolve the issue (we sent it back 3 times with no results) and has given up on trying to fix it.

Is there such a lawsuit in existence?
