If you want to watch different channels at the same time then Yes. If you don't then you could run HDMI from the HD receiver to a distribution amp and from there to all three TVs. You would also need to use RF for controlling the receiver from the other rooms (I believe your receiver and remote can do this if setup) and might need additional remotes for convenience.
