What's the difference between these two machines? They can both be
configured approximately the same for pretty much the same cost.

You got any specifics? The 5150 looks better and is priced higher.

The 5150 has an AGP card and is video-upgradeable. The 1150 uses integrated
graphics, and is not upgradeable video-wise.
