I wanted to get a not to expensive gaming computer, so I decided to build one. These are the parts I intent to use:

-Intel core i5-2500k: $200
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler, RR-B10-212P-G1 $35
-DDR3 Kingston 4GB/1600 Mhz HyperX Genesis CL9 x2: $45
-Radeon HD 6870: $155
-Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 Sata 1TB 6GB/s $95
-ASUS DRW 24B3ST: $25
-OCZ ModXStream Pro Power Supply 600 watt: $70
-IN WIN BR665 Black SECC steel MicroATX Mid Tower Computer Case $80

So it`s $825, which is probably going to be more because I want warranty. Now, is this a good computer build? And are there better pre-build computer for $800-$1000? I would like to know.

You might want to maybe get either two gts 450's then put em' in SLI or two GTX 400's and put em' in SLI because the 6870 is a pretty weak card and it wouldn't stand up against next year's games. and it would only cost about $80 more.
