Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find out if my 2 security cameras are compatible with windows 7. I have a D-Link DCS-6620G and also a linksys WVC210. I currently have windows vista x64bit Home premium on my Dell Studio 1737. I am able to view the camera's via their respective websites thru vista. I am hoping that someone can help me determine if I'll be ok to upgrade to windows 7 home premium and still be able to have the cameras work. Thanks for you help.

Based on the information in the following links...
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps9944/products_qanda_item09186a0080a39064.shtml#related
http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=411

I see no reason why if they work with Vista they should not work with Windows 7.

For Windows Vista & Windows 7 users: please go to User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on or off, then uncheck the “Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer” checkbox. Restart your computer to validate the setting.
