Need a document scanner for wife's business

She's a Realtor and needs a reliable document scanner that will feed 20-30 pages at a time and convert documents to pdf so she can send them to clients/lenders/escrow. Duplex would be nice but not necessary. Wasting time sitting and waiting and clearing jams is not something that will earn me points here. I'm leaning toward the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 but don't want to overlook something better, especially if it costs less money.

I'm fairly tech savvy but she is not and I'd like to avoid phone calls from her when something goes wrong.
