21-25 inch Gaming/Movie LCD help needed

Looking for a 21-25 inch monitor for Blu Rays and Gaming. Looking to spend $225 or less. I'm not familiar with all the spec terms for monitors, so not sure what exactly I need.

Built in speakers preferred.
HDMI is a must.
