Hey guys i'm looking for a 23" or 24" for 200-250$ CAD to replace an old 19" LG.

my video card is an ASUS 9600GT and i'll be watching hd movies and gaming on it for the most part.

I've been looking through and just aren't sure which brands are the best; the realm of possibilities includes viewsonic, benq, lg, sceptre, samsung i suppose. i'm not sure with are solid brands or models, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
