Is there some benchmark comparing Celeron 2.20 vs P4 processors?

uhm...if you actually looked for a little more than a few minutes, you'll find one on THG. It performs much worse due to the 128kb cache. In fact, even if you overclock it to 3.06Ghz, an Athlon XP 1600+ beats it. So does a Pentium 4 at 2.2Ghz. That's just how bad the Celeron is.

Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...
