The sound on my TV, Magnavox RR1930, has gotten fuzzy sounding. I can still listen and hear what's going on during shows, etc, but it is getting worse. How can I fix it? I have checked connections. I have xfinity. Haven't called them, as I don't think the problem is on their end. Have another TV in the house hooked up to the same service. Thanks for any info.
Does it occur when using an input (like for DVD or a game)? Have you tried unplugging power from the cable box and resetting it? A blown audio amp is awfully rare; a Comcast box with a bad amp is very common.
