For some reason after installing Orifice 97 on my XP computer my menu timing has gone to zero..that is, when I mouse over a menu item that can be expanded, be it in the start menu or in a pull down menu, the submenu pops out right away. I know there's a way to tweak this but can't find it. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

Start the Registry Editor
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop \
Right-click the String Value MenuShowDelay, and select Modify
Change the Value data (0 is fast, 400 is default. These are all in miliseconds)

Log off, or restart Windows for the changes to take effect

XP Powertoys will also allow you to change the speed among other things w/o needing the edit registry. You can get them direct from MS for free here.
