Dell inspiron 1000 service manual

I had a buddy of mine disable the screen so we can conect it to a projector now I can't get the screen to come back!

Look for the F3 key and see symbols that look like backward L slash mark and video screen. If it is in blue Hold down FN key bottom of keyboard and hit the F3 key. This is a toggle key that will put video on laptop, outside monitor, or both laptop and monitor.
