has it been confirmed yet that there will be .09 micro meter build on the Prescott, or still on the .13 micro? All these rumors going around about the .09 micro problems, as well as Nvidia with their own .13 problems (and Ati undoubtedly). 3.2Ghz with an 800Mhz bus? Heat heat heat...wilamette repeat again. Intel might as well start shipping Swiffie MCX-462U's with those babies!

Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...

The prescott was always planned for 90 nm, and will still be released as such. So it is DEFINITELY on .9 micron, I'd bet at least half my soul on that.(I can do that, right?)

As for the problems at 90 nm, my thoughts on the matter are that they really apply the least to Intel and AMD, as they have bajillions of dollars to throw at R+D. The problems really apply more to the little fish who can't afford to do that.

And yes, the last of the Northwood processors are going to be freakin' hot.

It will be interesting to see if Intel will flood the market with these babys by years end or hold em back because there's really no need to...

Either way, I really can't wait to get my hands on one of these. I've been stuck in P3 land far too long, because I told myself I'd wait for the P5 to upgrade...

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to go crazy wild on the overclocking due to worries about electron migration completely frying my new 500-ish dollar piece of silicon. Bummer.
